Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not the item you ordered, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your item at hello@ahbhome.com.au. When reaching out, please include:

• Clear photos of the item and packaging
Our team will assess the situation promptly and offer a suitable solution. This may include a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Return Conditions
If a return is approved, the item must be:
• In its original condition and packaging
• Unused, unwashed, and with all tags intact
Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back, as unauthorised returns cannot be accepted.
