We strive to process and despatch orders within two business days of placement. However, please be aware that there may be delays during peak periods or promotional events. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been despatched.

Transit Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the delivery destination:

Australia: 3–8 business days
United States: 5–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier, destination, peak periods and other circumstances outside our control.

If, after receiving a tracking number, your order status shows as “Pending” or “Ready for Processing,” this generally means the courier is verifying the shipping information and preparing the parcel for transit. This status may remain unchanged for several business days.

If your tracking has not updated after five business days, please contact us at hello@ahbhome.com.au, and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders within Australia and the United States.

Address Requirements

A valid delivery address is required when placing an order. If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us at hello@ahbhome.com.au before your order is despatched.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to update the address accordingly. However, once an order has been despatched, we are unable to guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.
