Shipping & Delivery

We strive to process and despatch orders within two business days of placement. However, please be aware that there may be delays during peak periods or promotional events. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been despatched.

Transit Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and courier. Estimated delivery timeframes are:

• Australia: 3-8 business days
• United States: 5-12 business days
• New Zealand: 6-8 business days
• Canada: 5-9 business days
  

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, peak periods, public holidays, customs processing or other circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has been despatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

If your tracking status shows as “Pending” or “Ready for Processing,” this generally means the courier is verifying the shipping information and preparing the parcel for delivery. This status may remain unchanged for several days.

If your tracking does not update after this period, please contact us at hello@ahbhome.com.au and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.

We offer free shipping on all orders to Australia, the United States, New Zealand and Canada.

Address Requirements

A valid delivery address is required when placing an order. If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us at hello@ahbhome.com.au before your order is despatched.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to update the address accordingly. However, once an order has been despatched, we are unable to guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.
