Superior Absorption
The 1cm ultra-absorbent Chenille fabric quickly soaks up excess water, keeping your floors dry and clean. With rapid evaporation and excellent moisture control, the Afina Lush Range helps prevent mould while providing a soft, cosy surface that's safe even for babies and children.
Anti-Slip Protection
The non-slip TPR (thermoplastic rubber) backing helps keep the mat securely in place, reducing movement on a variety of hard floor surfaces. It’s generally suitable for tile, sealed stone, sealed concrete, vinyl, SPC, hybrid, laminate, sealed timber and engineered timber flooring. This added stability is especially beneficial for children, older adults, or anyone wanting extra confidence in wet areas. Please refer to the Reminders section below for important flooring compatibility and care recommendations.
Always check that the underside of the mat is dry and clean before and after use. Water or dust beneath the mat can reduce its grip.

Easy To Clean

Reminders
• For smooth sealed floors like tile or sealed hardwood, give the mat a lift every week or so and give the floor a quick wipe underneath. This keeps both your floor and your mat looking ace.
• Always ensure the underside of the mat is dry before placing it back down, especially in wet areas like the bathroom.
• Not recommended for heated flooring, as the added heat can speed up wear on the TPR backing and increase the risk of residue.
• Keep out of direct sunlight where possible, as heat and UV can speed up wear on the rubber backing.
Care Instructions
• For everyday care, we recommend sweeping or vacuuming the mat regularly to remove dust and debris.
• For spills or stubborn marks, spot clean by hand using cold water and a mild detergent. Gently scrub the affected area and allow the mat to air dry completely.
• The Afina Lush Range is machine washable when needed. Use cold water on a gentle or delicate cycle with a mild detergent. Machine washing should be done only when necessary, as frequent washing may contribute to faster wear of the rubber backing over time. Avoid heavy or aggressive wash cycles.
• After washing, lay flat or hang to air dry. Do not tumble dry.
• Avoid chlorine, bleach, fabric softener, or harsh cleaning agents.
