Cobblestone Mesa

• Best suited to tile, sealed stone, sealed concrete, and garage floors.

• Generally suitable for vinyl, SPC, hybrid, laminate, sealed timber and engineered timber flooring. As with most rubber-backed mats, prolonged contact on smooth, sealed floors may, in some environments, lead to gradual rubber deterioration or residue transfer over time.

• To help minimise this risk, periodically lift the mat and clean both the mat backing and the floor underneath to prevent dirt and moisture from becoming trapped. We also recommend rotating or repositioning the mat from time to time, particularly if it remains in the same spot for extended periods.

• Keep the area dry by ensuring the floor and the underside of the mat are clean and completely dry before placing the mat back down.

• If using on a patio or in direct sunlight, periodically check the mat, as prolonged heat and UV exposure can accelerate wear of the TPR backing.

• Not recommended for use over heated flooring, as prolonged heat may increase the likelihood of rubber deterioration or residue transfer.

• For everyday care, we recommend sweeping or vacuuming the mat regularly to remove dust and debris.

• For spills or stubborn marks, spot clean by hand using cold water and a mild detergent. Gently scrub the affected area and allow the mat to air dry completely.

• The Cobblestone Mesa is machine washable when needed. Use cold water on a gentle or delicate cycle with a mild detergent. Machine washing should be done only when necessary, as frequent washing may contribute to faster wear of the rubber backing over time. Avoid heavy or aggressive wash cycles.

• After washing, lay flat or hang to air dry. Do not tumble dry.

• Avoid chlorine, bleach, fabric softener, or harsh cleaning agents.

Return Conditions

If a return is approved, the item must be:

• In its original condition and packaging
• Unused, unwashed, and with all tags intact
