For optimal performance, place the Soft Sands Series on a dry, clean, and smooth surface to prevent slipping.

Care Instructions:

For daily maintenance, sweep or vacuum the mat to remove dirt and debris.
For deeper cleaning, machine wash in cold water with a mild detergent.
Avoid using the dryer, chlorine, bleach, or fabric softeners.
To remove fold marks, place a damp towel on the mat and iron gently.

Return Conditions

If a return is approved, the item must be:

 • In its original condition and packaging
 • Unused, unwashed, and with all tags intact

Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back, as unauthorised returns cannot be accepted.
